About us

Tonik Collective is a small, independent British retailer of soap, bath and body products. We are based in Polegate, East Sussex, and we sell the things we would happily keep on our own shelf.

What we do

We stock a tightly edited range rather than a warehouse full of everything. Every product we list is one we have bought, handled and would recommend. Most of what we sell is made in England, from vegetable-based formulations, by makers who have been doing it long enough to be good at it.

We are a retailer, not a manufacturer. The brands we carry make the products; our job is to choose well, keep them in stock, describe them honestly and get them to you quickly and in one piece.

How we got here

Tonik Collective began in 2025 selling online, and grew out of a simple frustration: good British bath and body products were surprisingly hard to buy without either trekking to a gift shop or wading through pages of near-identical listings. We started buying properly, in cases, direct where we can, and passing the range on.

Delivery and packaging

Orders are picked and packed in a UK fulfilment centre and sent out in plain, unbranded packaging. Standard delivery arrives in two to three working days, and orders over £50 are delivered free.

Talking to us

There is no call centre. Emails come to Ryan, who runs the business, and are usually answered the same working day.
