Shipping policy

Delivery

We deliver across the United Kingdom. Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from a UK fulfilment centre, and arrive in plain, unbranded packaging.

Delivery cost

Delivery is charged on the value of your order:

• Orders up to £24.99 — £3.95
• £25 to £49.99 — £5.95
• £50 to £99.99 — £7.95
• £100 and over — £9.95

The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay. We do not currently offer a free delivery threshold or a next-day service.

Delivery time

Standard tracked delivery arrives within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch.

Dispatch times

Orders are normally dispatched within one working day. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in mainland Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands may take an extra working day. We do not deliver outside the United Kingdom.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, email ryan@tonikcollective.co.uk with your order number and we will chase it up. If a parcel is lost in transit we will replace it or refund you in full.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available to receive it, we will refund the goods but not the original delivery charge.
