Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every order placed with Tonik Collective Ltd through tonikcollective.co.uk. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order you accept these terms.

We are a retailer of branded beauty, bath and body products. We are not the manufacturer of the products we sell.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because an item is out of stock or a price was listed incorrectly, we will contact you and refund you in full.

We may cancel an order where an obvious pricing or description error has occurred.

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged in addition and is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at the time you place your order.

Products

We take care to describe our products accurately, but packaging, formulations and product images are set by the brands that make them and can change without notice. Colours may vary slightly between screens. Always read the label on the product itself before use, particularly the ingredients, and follow the manufacturer's instructions.

The products we sell are genuine, purchased through legitimate supply channels, and stored and handled in line with the manufacturer's guidance.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our returns and delivery policies form part of these terms.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products.

We are not liable for business losses. If you use the products for any commercial purpose, we have no liability to you for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

Events outside our control

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event occurs we will contact you and either extend the delivery time or, if the delay is substantial, allow you to cancel and receive a full refund.

Website use

The content of this website belongs to us or our suppliers and is provided for your personal use. You may not reproduce it commercially without permission. We work to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.

Complaints and disputes

If something has gone wrong, email ryan@tonikcollective.co.uk and we will try to resolve it. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own country.
